Dreamday’s Holiday Client PR Accelerator Program is a 4-month initiative running from September-December 2024. This program aims to help amplify the presence of mission-driven, female-founded brands with limited resources. Dreamday will provide pro bono public relations services timed to gift guides and holiday opportunities.

Pro-bono Holiday PR Accelerator

The Dreamday Team will select one lucky brand to receive support and guidance from its bi-coastal team of PR and marketing experts. We will provide support led by a seasoned senior team member, and we will leverage Dreamday’s extensive media relationships to drive meaningful results.

Our team will communicate through weekly emails and monthly video calls, consistently sharing updates on how our efforts are driving brand awareness and performance through coveted gift guide placements.

Dreamday Holiday Accelerator Recipient 2023

Hella Awkward

Dreamday successfully launched the first pro-bono Holiday Client Accelerator in August 2023, focusing on Holiday Gift Guide placement. The four-month program aimed to boost awareness and sales for one mission-driven brand that lacked resources to work with the Dreamday’s Team.

From over 100 applicants, we selected Hella Awkward, a BIPOC-owned card game co-created by Brittane Rowe and her brother, Brandon. The game fosters intimate conversations to break cultural barriers and build connections.

From September to December 2023, Dreamday collaborated with Hella Awkward to secure features and roundups that would accelerate exposure during the holiday season.

Pitched early for Black History Month and Valentine's Day to maximize exposure during culturally significant periods, showcasing a commitment to amplify underrepresented voices and foster diversity in the marketplace
The following months saw Hella Awkward named a finalist in Aurora James’ Fifteen Percent Pledge and accepted into the McKinsey & Company Next 1B Founders Cohort
