With over a decade of experience across brand, growth, and communications, she’s helped build and scale some of today’s most recognized consumer brands - from early-stage startups to industry leaders.
Before founding Dreamday, Lauren was part of the founding team at Ritual and held leadership roles at Scopely, where she helped shape each company’s growth story from the inside out.
Since launching Dreamday in 2019, she’s pioneered the agency’s Performance PR model, bridging storytelling and sales to help brands earn measurable results.
Her hands-on leadership and belief that PR should be both art and engine have redefined how modern brands earn attention - and turn it into lasting impact.
